Ambrosia

Ingredients

  • 1 pint homecanned pineapple 20oz can
  • 1 pint homecanned clementine segments 12oz can
  • 16 oz jar of maraschino cherries – drained & sliced in half
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 8 oz sour cream

Instructions

  1. Drain all of your fruits and put them in a large mixing bowl. Add your mini marshmallows, coconut, and sour cream. Stir to combine. Cover your ambrosia, and pop it in the fridge for at least 2 hours so the flavors have time to blend together and your marshmallows absorb some of the residual fruit juice. Stir again before serving.
  2. Enjoy your ambrosia salad as a dessert or snack.
