Cheeseburger Mac


  • 1 box of Shells & Cheese
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup green onions


  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef. Drain off the fat.
  2. In a large measuring cup, combine the milk, ketchup, dijon mustard, onion powder, and garlic powder. Pour this mixture over the ground beef.
  3. Add the shell pasta from your box of Shells & Cheese.
  4. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
  5. Turn off the heat. Stir in the cheese pouch and Greek yogurt.
  6. Top with green onions and enjoy!
